Tasty Toast with Rusk!

Rusk is perceived only to be a tea time partner, worry not we can also make some awesome dishes using the rusks. And we're here to show you how!

Ingredients:  Cooking Oil, Salt, Mayonnaise, Tomato Ketchup, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, 1 tsp Schezwan Chutney, 1/4 cup sweet corn, 1/2 chopped tomato, 2 Parliament Suji Rusk.

Directions: Boil the corn. Once the the corns are boiled, strain them with the help of strainer and then add them to a mixer grinder and make a coarse paste out of it. Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add chopped Tomatoes, grinded corn to the pan and cook it for about a min on mediumflame. Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, schezwan chutney, chilli flakes, oregano and give it a mix. Add salt as per taste and cook it for 1/2 min on low flame. Turn off the flame once the paste hardens. Add the paste on top of the rusks and add a pinch of oregano and chilli flakes for taste and Serve.
